One (1) Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty
Xplora Technologies ("Xplora") provides a voluntary manufacturer limited product warranty for all genuine Xplora-branded smartwatches and accessories packaged with the original device. This warranty applies in addition to, and does not restrict, replace, or modify, any statutory consumer rights guaranteed under applicable national or regional commercial laws.
Our commitment ensures that every smart device delivered to global distributors, business buyers, and retail consumers performs reliably under standard operating conditions.
Coverage Scope & Eligibility
This limited product warranty strictly extends to the original purchaser or end-user who acquires the product from an authorized Xplora distributor, reseller, or retail outlet. Warranty coverage is non-transferable to subsequent purchasers or secondary owners.
What Is Covered under Warranty
- Hardware defects in manufacturing, assembly, or internal electronic components occurring within One (1) Year from the verified date of purchase.
- Defects in built-in hardware microchips, GPS modules, cellular antennas, display touchscreens, and integrated speakers/microphones under normal usage.
- Included charging cables and specialized proprietary wristband mechanisms packed with the main product unit.
Exclusions and Limitation of Liability
Warranty service will not apply if diagnostic evaluation by Xplora technical engineers confirms that the product malfunction is attributable to external factors or misuse. Excluded conditions include:
- Cosmetic damage resulting from routine daily wear and tear, including surface scratches, dents, strap discoloration, or screen abrasion.
- Damage caused by operating the device beyond specified operating guidelines, extreme environmental exposure, improper voltage inputs, or liquid immersion exceeding rated IP ratings.
- Unauthorized repair attempts, teardowns, firmware alterations, or hardware modifications performed by non-certified service personnel.
- Accidental breakage, physical dropping, impact force, fire, flood, or natural disaster events.
- Normal capacity degradation of rechargeable lithium batteries over prolonged time, unless failure occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Global Repair & RMA Service Guidelines
When a valid warranty claim is confirmed within the active Warranty Period, Xplora will execute one of the following remedy measures based on technical evaluation:
- Hardware Repair: Service and restore the defective product unit using factory-certified new or reconditioned components.
- Product Replacement: Replace the affected unit with a new or factory-refreshed product unit of identical or functionally equivalent specifications.
